Jason Burke, Solicitor
Jason Burke is the founder and principal solicitor of Oak Legal. He has over ten years of post-qualification experience spanning private practice and in-house legal roles, with a track record in complex commercial and property transactions at an international level.
Before establishing Oak Legal, Jason worked as an in-house solicitor advising one of the world's leading fund administration firms, handling transactions with global hedge funds and private equity houses. That background brings a commercial awareness and precision to every matter he handles — whether it's a residential purchase, an employment dispute, or a straightforward will.
Jason's approach is simple: treat every client as a priority, give them a realistic picture of their situation, and work hard to get the best result available.
